If you are unhappy with your poster after proof is sent to you, we will work with you, providing unlimited revisions, until you are 100% satisfied with your artwork. However, if your poster is still not what you envisioned, we will refund your order in full. All you have to do is tell us what went wrong with your artwork, and we’ll give you your money back, period.

Please note, we are unable to provide a refund if you approved your poster proof, and change your mind after the poster has been printed or delivered electronically.

Damaged or wrong artwork

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you received the wrong artwork or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at with photos of wrong/damaged items, packing boxes, and other details you think are important. We will organize a replacement for you and make things right.

Poster Proofs

All TheStarsAround posters are custom-made to order. You will receive a poster proof to approve or request changes within 1 business day after placing your order. If we do not hear back from you within 3 business days of the follow-up email, we will automatically send your poster as-is. Please make sure to add to your email contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox. Although rare, our email address may end up in your spam or junk folder.


Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. Each poster is created specifically for you. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at We will work with you on making things right.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
